This is our Christmas Eve Eve Service for our series The Gift. We discuss how In the hustle and bustle of our world today, we often confuse joy and happiness. We chase after happiness, believing it will bring us fulfillment, but we find that it’s fleeting, momentary, and often based on circumstances. True joy, however, is something deep, lasting, and transformative. It’s not dependent on what happens around us, but on a relationship with God. We talk about how the gift of joy is long-lasting, with a special focus on the example of the wise men seeking the newborn King. When we seek God in the way they did, we are given a joy that surpasses understanding and impacts every part of our lives. Have you received the gift of joy?
