12/1/2024 Red Letters "Worship Over Worry"

This is week 6 of our series Red Letters. Life is filled with storms—both literal and metaphorical. Whether it’s a financial crisis, relational struggles, health issues, or the daily pressures that weigh on our hearts, it can feel as if the waves of life are constantly threatening to overwhelm us. In these moments, it's easy to become consumed by our problems, to focus on the chaos, and to forget the power of the One who holds the storm in His hands. Today, we’re going to look at a story from Matthew 14 that shows us how, even in the midst of life's storms, we can find confidence and peace—not by focusing on the storm, but by focusing on Jesus. We read over scriptures Matthew 14:22-33 and James 1:12-15.
